Neither the Wegovy injection nor Zepbound label identifies a morning or evening schedule as producing better weight loss. A weekly reminder and a plan for travel or shift work are more useful than claims about an ideal metabolic window.

If nausea affects work or sleep, describe the pattern to your prescriber. Moving the appointment on your calendar does not solve a dose that you cannot tolerate, and it should not lead to taking injections more frequently.

A missed dose is a product-specific question

Different products have different missed-dose windows and minimum intervals between injections. Use the instructions that came with the medicine rather than remembering a rule from a different brand. After a longer interruption, ask your prescriber whether restarting requires a different dose.

A compounded vial also needs its own written concentration and administration instructions. Do not convert between milligrams and syringe units from an online chart.

Wegovy tablets require morning administration on an empty stomach with limited plain water and a wait before food, drinks or other oral medicines. Foundayo has different food and water requirements.
