Do not extend this indication to every medicine, preparation, patient age or prevention setting. A compounder or telehealth service is not independently shown to reproduce the trial results simply because it mentions semaglutide.

Keep both the benefit and its scale
FDA reports primary cardiovascular events in 6.5% of the semaglutide group and 8.0% of the placebo group. The observed difference is 1.5 percentage points over the study follow-up. That is a different description from the headline relative reduction.
These group findings are not annual rates or a prediction of the benefit for an individual. The endpoint includes several event types and does not establish the same reduction for each one separately.
