Anxiety can affect sleep, concentration and everyday activities. Treatment can involve psychological therapies, medication and practical supports, depending on the condition and severity. A stress-management tip is not a substitute for assessment when symptoms persist.

For GLP-1 treatment, discuss eating patterns, mood and the relationship with weight. Body-weight changes do not reliably resolve depression, anxiety or an eating disorder.

A report is not the same as a causal finding
